Winter Conference

Winter Conference

Winter Conference was yet again virtual, but this time, we had twelve campuses gather together in San Diego to watch and grow together. Four women from Huntington University attended. Here is what they had to say about the conference: Lavender said, “I loved the experience of getting to worship with other students and hear about evangelism around the world. Definitely an encouraging and thought-provoking conference!” Taylor said, “God used the time away from anxious daily life to refresh my mind and spirit, and encourage me through the speakers, worship, and quality time with friends.” Cameron said, “Winter Camp was an amazing time to get closer to God and my friends as well as meet new people. It was a spiritual and mental reset.”

We were all challenged to plant a seed by sharing the gospel with three people the following week. Holly had the opportunity to share the gospel with one of Briella’s classmates on the car ride home. She prayed and invited Jesus into her life and said she was so excited. She plans to join us for church each Sunday and we pray that her new faith will encourage her parents to join us.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support as we continue to reach this next generation with the gospel. God is on the move and we are so excited to be Kingdom builders alongside you!

PERSONAL UPDATE

Briella shared Jesus with yet another friend in our neighborhood and led her to Christ this past week. We have invited the family to church with us, and though they are still hesitant to come, they are open to it in the future. Please pray we can have this whole family join us and see their lives transformed with the gospel.

Holly is in her third semester of seminary and loving it!

Carter is still intentionally befriending bullies because, as he puts it, “The Bible says to do to others what you want them to do to you.”

Matt has tirelessly worked on our Disciple to Disiplemaker video curriculum which will be ready for churches and individuals to use by next month! God certainly made us a team when it comes to using our gifts for His Kingdom!
